9 Players to Watch at The October 11th All-N-One College Showcase
10/09/2026
The All-N-One College Showcase will take place in Houston this Sunday, Oct 11th. 14 college teams will attend this year's event. These athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their skills against other players and compete in front of college coaches.
Schools from NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA, and JC basketball will be at this year's event.
Some athletes may use this event as a way to continue their recruitment. Others will use it to start their recruitment or find out where they stand as a prospect.
Here are some players I think you should know about going into Sunday's All-N-One College Showcase. These eight players have the potential to make an impact based on their skill sets and what they have shown in previous competitions.
1. Bennett Rebueno 2027 Class
6'0" PG | Fort Bend Austin HS | @BennettRebueno

One player I will be watching at the showcase is Bennett Rebueno. I always like to watch guards who can create with the ball in their hands.
Rebueno came out of district play with stats of 11 ppg, 3 apg, and 3 rpg. He also took home Varsity Offensive Player of the Year honors. He has played varsity for the last three seasons.
Bennett Rebueno has the ability to switch directions and drive through gaps in the defense. Once he gets to the rim, he is able to finish. If he does not get to the basket, he can pull up for a jumper or find someone open.
Something I liked about Rebueno is that he decided not to play this past 2026 grassroots season, which gave him more time to focus on himself and improve his game.
With offers from Bethel, Langston, Ottawa, Wayland Baptist, and William Penn, he already has options for college.
What I will be looking for: How much he improved his game during the offseason. Will he be able to control the tempo on the court and avoid forced jumpers?
2. Ayden Cox 2028 Class
6'0" PG | Lamar Consolidated HS | @acox2028

Next, we have Ayden Cox coming into the All-N-One Showcase. He is one of the younger players on this list, but it's always great to see point guards who know how to share the ball.
He averaged 10.3 ppg and 4.6 apg during his high school season. Ayden knows how to protect the basketball and when to make a good pass to his teammates.
When Cox brings the ball down the court, he is able to take his time and not let his defender dictate the pace. When he drives to the basket, he looks for teammates who may have become open.
Since Ayden is from the 2028 class, I think it will be beneficial to see him compete against guards his age and possibly a year or two older.
What I will be looking for: How Ayden handles physical pressure. Can he continue to make good passes? I also want to see if he can score when needed instead of passing.
3. Dylan Rogers 2027 Class
PG | Bridgeland HS | @DylanRRogers27

There have been many good things I have noticed from Dylan Rogers when it comes to playing basketball.
Dylan has had some big games recently against competitive teams. Against Bellaire, he had 17 pts, 5 reb, 8 ast, 4 stl, and 2 blk while shooting 3/3 from deep.
What I like about Rogers is that he can score and distribute the basketball. When playing pick-and-roll, he knows how to find teammates rolling to the basket. He can also shoot from deep and finish at the rim using both hands.
His recent performances have shown that he can contribute on both ends of the court. Not only has he been scoring, but he has also been making plays defensively.
Dylan has stated that he has received college offers, including from Division II schools.
What I will be looking for: Can he control the game when on the court, create shots, and make good decisions against tough defenses?
4. Jordan White 2028 Class
5'10" Guard | Fort Bend Dulles HS | @j24white

Jordan White is one of the younger players I think you should know about.
Coming into his high school season, he has averaged 10.5 ppg, 3.8 rpg, and 2.7 apg while shooting 44% from deep.
White can shoot the basketball and drive to the basket. Being able to shoot from outside gives him opportunities to attack and finish when defenders close out on his shot.
Jordan has also received offers from Paul Quinn, Louisiana Christian, and Saint Xavier, so he is off to a good start in his recruitment as a 2028 prospect.
At 5'10", I want to see if he can space the floor and make plays against bigger defenders.
What I will be looking for: His shooting percentage and ability to contribute when his outside shot isn't falling. Jordan has to show me that he can beat defenders and get to the basket.
5. Jayden Hopkins 2027 Class
6'3" Guard | Kempner HS | @JaydenHopkins__

Jayden Hopkins is a young athlete I will be watching this coming Sunday.
The 6'3" guard came out of district play with stats of 10 ppg, 3 rpg, 2 ast, and 2 stl. He also averaged 16 points during grassroots basketball.
Hopkins has earned First Team All-District, Newcomer of the Year, and Academic All-District honors.
Being 6'3" is a nice advantage on the court. When paired with his ability to score and defend, it makes him an interesting player to watch.
Jayden has a 3.76 GPA and has received college offers.
What I will be looking for: How he utilizes his height when driving to the basket. Can he create his own shot and defend others? If Jayden's shot isn't falling, I want to see him grab rebounds or dish out passes to teammates.
6. Zacavren Grimm 2027 Class
6'3" Guard | Lawrence E. Elkins HS | @zacavren

Zacavren Grimm is another player I would like to see compete at the All-N-One College Showcase.
Grimm represents Elkins High School and has played for Houston Hoops South National. Sunday's event will give him an opportunity to show what he has to offer.
He has stated that he received offers from Bethel College and Arlington Baptist University.
At 6'3", Grimm has good size for a guard, but I want to look beyond his height and see what he can do with the ball in his hands. Is he able to shoot the basketball, handle pressure against other players, and make good decisions?
What I will be looking for: Offense is key when trying to showcase yourself. Can he create shots against other college prospects and move around the court without the ball?
7. Dae'vion Bailey 2027 Class
6'0" Guard | Marion HS, AR | @bucketboy_dae

Dae'vion Bailey will be traveling from Arkansas to Houston on Sunday to compete against other college prospects.
Following his high school season, Dae'vion was listed on a 2027 prospect watch list and earned 5A East All-Conference honors.
He averaged 8 points per game in high school. During grassroots basketball, Bailey increased his scoring average to 12 points.
He has shown that he can compete in both high school and grassroots basketball, but I want to learn more about his overall game.
Dae'vion has a reported GPA of 3.6.
What I will be looking for: How he creates his own shot and guards opposing players. Can he drive and finish or score consistently from the perimeter?
8. Jason Spencer 2027 Class
5'10" PG | Homeschooled | @j_spencer_08 | 3.93 GPA

Jason Spencer has continued to add college offers heading into the All-N-One College Showcase this Sunday.
He has received offers from Emory & Henry, Saint Xavier, Paul Quinn, Wayland Baptist, William Penn, Florida Memorial, Central Baptist and Arlington Baptist.
Spencer's first offer came from Emory & Henry, an NCAA Division II program.
Against the Houston Hustlers, Jason finished with 9 pts, 10 ast, 4 reb, and 2 stl.
I really like seeing a point guard put up strong assist numbers. It shows that he is not just looking to score with the ball in his hands but is also willing to create opportunities for teammates.
At 5'10", I want to see how he handles defenders who may be taller than him and whether he can consistently make good decisions.
With a 3.93 GPA, he is also doing well academically.
What I will be looking for: His court vision and ability to slow the game down when needed. Spencer needs to continue making good passes and recognize when to become more aggressive offensively.
9. Ryker Hays 2027 Class
5'11" Guard | Greeley, Colorado | @haysrykerr

Ryker Hays is another player I will be watching at the All-N-One College Showcase. Coming from Greeley, Colorado, Hays has competed with Josh Washington Elite and brings experience from the grassroots basketball circuit.
The 5'11" guard reported averaging 11.8 points and 5.3 assists during high school competition. He also averaged 5 points and 6.7 assists during grassroots basketball.
What interests me about Hays is his assist production. Averaging more than five assists in high school and nearly seven during grassroots competition gives me a reason to look closely at his ability to distribute the basketball and create opportunities for teammates.
Hays has reported offers from Adams State, the University of Dallas, and Texas A&M University–San Antonio.
Off the court, he carries a 3.84 GPA, has earned Highest Honors, and has participated in AP and dual-credit classes. He has also been involved in Leo's Club and community activities.
What I will be looking for: How Hays handles defensive pressure and controls the pace of the game. I want to see his court vision, decision-making and ability to create scoring opportunities for himself while continuing to involve his teammates.
Final Thoughts
There are many talented players scheduled to compete Sunday at the All-N-One College Showcase.
Dylan Rogers has performed well against competitive teams and produced impressive statistics. Bennett Rebueno took time away from grassroots competition to focus on improving his game.
We will see what Ayden Cox and Jordan White can do against players who may be a year or two older. Jayden Hopkins will have an opportunity to demonstrate his size and what he can bring to the court.
Zacavren Grimm and Dae'vion Bailey can provide a better look at their overall abilities, while Jason Spencer will have another chance to impress college coaches in attendance.
Ryker Hays brings strong playmaking production and academic credentials to the showcase.
What I enjoy about watching these players compete is seeing who can really play basketball. Scoring points is important, but can they defend, communicate and make good decisions on the court?
If you're looking for players who can help your team win, these are some prospects to watch this Sunday.
